​CJ | Co-Founder & Systems Architect

CJ’s career began in the early ’90s at Bank of America’s Retirement Products Division, where he bridged the gap between finance and technology. A dual-threat professional, he served as a licensed stockbroker (Series 7 and 65) while simultaneously leading IT training and testing for a $14 million call center implementation. Today, CJ leads the company from Maine, overseeing web development, network security, and international operations.

​Wayne | Systems Administrator & Consultant

A lifelong programmer, Wayne’s expertise is rooted in the open-source community and Enterprise-class managed services. With a background that includes high-level security work for AT&T and various ISPs, he specializes in protecting and scaling infrastructure for everything from local startups to national banks. Wayne now serves in a senior consultative role, applying big-tech security standards to small and medium-sized enterprises.

​Wayne and CJ first teamed up in the late ’90s at ValueNet, a California-based ISP. In a hyper-competitive market, they learned a vital lesson: Service is priority one. By prioritizing personalized support over automated scripts, they helped grow a three-person shop into a statewide success.

​We carry that “mom-and-pop” dedication into our work today. Whether we are managing DNS servers or developing complex web projects, our philosophy remains the same: treat every client’s infrastructure as if it were our own.

​Based in the “Great North Woods” of Maine with deep roots in California, we have expanded far beyond our original borders. Under the BAIC umbrella—which includes our hosting division, Digital Spork—we now provide elite IT consulting and web services to clients across the East Coast, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
